$15 banner contest

    I need a banner made like the one below but jazzed up. Also I want to change "Check out our pricing for free shipping" to FREE SHIPPING.

    The banner can flash, rotate, whatever you think.
    It needs to be the same size as the one below.

    My goal is to jazz this one up as it is very boring.

    Contest Ends: 9:00pm EST 9/25

    Yes keep it the same except for the free shipping part mentioned in fist post.
