Is it even worth it to try for this keyword?

Do you think its a good idea?

I mean 15.72 a click is nice, it has medium competition, but only 390 exacts per google adword tool

I do not think it is worth the hassle.
But in your free time you can try.

If there is no much competition, there's no loss in trying it.

zawjane is kinda funny there. ^^

    Let's do some simple analyze.
390 search volume a month means 13 search a day on average globally.
Among these 13 searches on this keyword, lets assume 2/3 of them clicked the first 5 results.
This will bring 6-7 possible visits to your site on this keyword you compete.

Mentioning medium competition, can you explain how many results you get on this keyword doing an exact search with quote?

Is it worth depends on how much effort you are going to put in to earn that 6-7 visits a day.
I would advise if competitors are less than around 3000 on that exact phrase, you should go for it.
Then find similar related keywords and target them together to bring them all to your site.

    Just my opinions.
