Contest $15-$50 Contest - Cartoonish/Trendy Logo for my social networking site.

My site name is Gob Blah. Gob Blah means. Gob = Mouth, Blah = BLAH BLAH BLAH!

Here are some ideas:-

- You can make a cartoonish trendy mouth opened, shouting "BLAH! BLAH! BLAH!"
- Or you can make the G as the mouth, eating the ob and with the BLAH! beside it. Like GOB BLAH!.

Or you can think of your own ideas and creativity and work with it.

The site basically means. Mouth and talking or shouting non-stop. I don't want animations. Make it static.

Size? Well, doesn't really matter, as big as possible so its best for resize later.

^ Not exactly what I was looking for. Too random. Gob means mouth eating, like the sound "GOB" when you swallow. So maybe make it eat OB. And might look better if the G is Uppercase instead of lowercase. And I'd prefer the speech comes out from the mouth. And the eyes concept is nice. But they're not even round, the edges of the eyes are choppy.. I am not sure if it'd look good, but this one look to common and random.. So yeah..

It looks good, but not exactly what I was looking for as its pretty much hand drawn.. However its good, I'm still looking for more entries. And if you want you can give more tries and new concepts. I will let you know if I want your logo later..

 

I think this is something you don't want but again im just giving it a try.

Hey iProxicide, I gotta be honest with you, I love most of your concepts and outcome. They look great, but as you may know its a micro-blogging site, something like twitter. This logo would suit some abstract or Graphic Designs Forum or so..

But I'd appreciate if you'd make sure of the meaning of the site name.

Nope. The logo will be trademarked as a main logo on our site. As this project we're going for is really big. Our aim is pretty high and could be the next twitter(lol I hope). So yeah, it will be like a trademark, not just a banner instead. So basically try to go with the site's name itself..

Okay.. This is exactly what I'm looking for.. Is this in vectors? Or just PSD?

If you'd be able to give vectors I can pay more. $15 for PSD only. If you can give in vectors and these extensions (eps / psd / pspimage / ai), I'd double the price at $30.
