It is an authority site for Puerto Rican music (Google "puerto rico music" and you will see that Google lists categories from the site underneath, indicating its authority status).

All 15,000 pages of this site are custom-written, original profiles of Puerto Rican artists and songs. The full site is in both English and Spanish and on an easy to use content management system.

The site requires NO maintenance. Total monthly costs are $30 for hosting.

Receives 150,000 - 225,000 unique visitors per month (last month lower because I haven't added to it in a while).

Excellent Trustrank and search engine placement. #5 for "Daddy Yankee" which gets almost 1,000,000 searches per month. Also "regueton," "tego calderon" and many other highly-searched-for keywords.

Incredible commercial potential - we only have Adsense on now but music, ringtones, Puerto Rican travel ought to be sold from this site.

frankcow, revenue is only one part of the selling price. The thousands of pages of original content on the site justifies the selling price alone, not to mention the content management system, the age of the site, its authority status, its search engine placement, and the site's potential. Regarding the potential, there is a ton I haven't done with the site, including Adsense optimization, the Amazon affiliate program, and partnerships with other music-related sites. This website is made for someone who is going to build it up. I think $15,000 could be made up easily in one year for the right motivated person.

 

can u tell me on what different keywords you get 150,000 - 225,000 unique visitors per month. I wanna see referals basically.

 

Just look at the stats I posted above. All the referrals are there if you click on the month you want to see.

FYI some of the keywords that the site is on the first page for receive a huge amount of searches per month. Reggaeton got 747,000+ last month and Daddy Yankee 1,735,000+.
