I need a programmer to finish an Userform built in Excel for me. Form takes user input and loads data to another worksheet within same workbook. Coder will need to 1. add coding for when "Other" is selected - (When other is selected a new textbox is displayed so user can enter more info - This info needs to be inserted in record) (All seven sections) 2. When user selects Submit and Reset I need the form to reset to state it was in when it loaded. 3. All values entered by user need to be inserted into worksheet I've attached workbook to this posting - Please ask questions Thanks
hi ,trying on it , but it looks like you've forgot to attach the .mdb files , to which this worksheet saves the data for the number 1 problem since according to the macro code, it needs observationform.mdb file located in the data folder in the same directoy with the .xls file or you wanted it to be changed to saves the data to worksheet instead ? and relevant to that , does number 3 means the data should be saved in the worksheet or both in the worksheet and database, since there's no template for saving the data in the worksheet yet
