Contest $15.00 contest for several quick banners

Hello everyone, I'm back with a very quick contest.

I would like to use the female from the image below and I need her along with the following text:
"Are You Fat?"
"Take this quick survey!"
"Click to START"



The banners will need to be in the following sizes:
468x60
728x90
250x250
200x200
336x280
300x250
120x600
160x600

The Winner will be chosen by the end of today and the images will need to be in psd format.

d-zel: I like the bottom, is it possible to change the color of the font for "Take this quick survey!" and remove the "Find out the results in a few clicks" Also please change "Click here to START" to "Click to START"

yes, it basically needs to be like the image I posted with the removal/addition of some text. I assumed it would be a relatively quick and easy job for someone thats proficent at creating/editing images...for me I'd spend a weeks time, but then again I can barely open photoshop

Looks good, one last change. can you move the "Are you FAT? so it's like the image I posted and remove the "Find out the results in a few clicks" text. I'll wait for a few more and then make my decision.

Very nice! Is it possible to see the word Fat capitalized, and maybe a different variation of the "Take this quick survey" and "CLICK TO START" texts? Possible winner
