Thinking practically, and I do search for recipes, you run into a credibility problem - people searching for recipes are still going to pick sites they trust from the list of results. Lets say it's me searching (even though down in NZ we'd call them kumara). I might get a collection of spammy looking sites, obviously american sites and maybe 1 or 2 NZ or Australian sites.
    1. I'm going to bypass the sites whose names I don't recognise from either using them or from other searches
    2. I'm going to bypass the American sites because the imperial measurements used in recipes is just so annoying
    3. I'll stick with the one or two known localish sites that use metric measurements
American searchers will do the same only 2 and 3 will be swapped over.
I've no idea how your fellow Pakistanis will handle it but I'm guessing you are aiming at American clicks on ads.

Therefore I'd have to say that, despite the apparent brilliance of the domain, that it's worth the reg fee only.
