Regarding IPs - actually none of the affiliate networks can ban anyone just because of too many requests from the same IP.
In the US some Internet providers give the same IP to more users (AOL mostly), so you cannot block a publisher just based on the IP addresses.
Usually they use more metrics (dynamic parameters, session variables, cookies and IP address).

 

You don't have to go black hat get your account banned. There are plenty of ways to earn money genuinely.

 

I don't think they will pay you anything if you got banned, because those clicks would be considered "against their terms of service", TOS. Better to do it the honest way, avoid needless waste of time and energy.

 

Thing is, you're not going to win some high ground saying you got $147. Some people here get $147 every day from CJ, legally. Google for 'blackhat seo forums' and you'll see that you're not the first or the 1000th or the 5000th person to be so clever. You got banned because they have systems to detect you being retarded. Doing what you did brings down the amount companies can pay for leads for the rest of everyone else because they get junk leads from people trying to scam them. If you're going to scam them, at least provide them with real warm bodies. I've thought about an ipad based kiosk for discover card CPA offers, things like that.
