CPA networks are getting smarter and smarter
IP is not only one issue, they may check the IP range/class/location of your visitors;
high CTR certainly raises red flag;
tracking cookie is another way to identify different visitors;
some company may even check the DNS, local host name, operating system information saved on your computer;
... any thing else? who knows.

If you had any idea about data mining and statistics - you would understood you should have been AUTOMATICALLY banned after some 10-th lead .. and that is AUTOMATICALLY, without even a human review ..

just a couple things to think about:

• how in the world is possible all your leads are coming within certain hours of the day? And then nothing during the other hours?
• how in the world is possible all your leads are coming from the same country ?
• how in the world is possible all your leads take approximately same time to complete (from first click until the end of the lead) ? .. Different ppl are VERY different in their quickness of using a computer
• the click/conversion ratio ? how come it's SOOO high compared to your fellow CJ members who advertise the same lead ?
• the click trough rate ?
• etc ?

this list can go on and on .. it's just called data mining and analysis which apparently CJ does not utilize so well
