    The birthstonesbymonth is a blog for the gems industry. Specifically Birthstones. The site is
    in existence since summer 2010. It earns through Adsense. I put adsense on it in July 2011 (since I almost forgot about the website). From July 2011 to December 27 2011 it has earned $1314.00.

    The visitors are mostly from US.

    The site is number 1 in google.com for its main keyword and ranking for more than 20 keywords.

    For its main keyword the site occupies #1, #3, #4 on the first page of Google.

    It receives 20,000 unique visitors every month.

    The site is running on Wordpress.

    I have not spent a single cent on it after it was put up in 2010. So every dollar it earns is
    profit. I have not put any article on it after 2010, either.

    The design of the blog and all the articles in the blog are custom made, hand written and 100% unique.

    The site has 17 articles. Each article is at least 500+ words and very well written.

    The website can be further monetized by selling links, putting more articles and
    affiliate links. It can easily earn more than $500 per month with a little bit of effort.

    I am selling this site because, I need money to invest in another online venture.

    The following keywords brings the lion's share of traffic to the site.

    The seller did not provide proof of ownership of website, highly suspicious that he is a scammer...(other threads also said the same thing).
