Selling $140 In 1st Month! PR1 Niche Blog With Huge Potential - Passive Amazon Income

This is a site I created in October promoting the Butterball Turkey Fryer. The affiliate program I'm using is Amazon, which pays approximately $5-$6 per sale (depending on your current compensation level).

This product is also available on a number of CPA networks (As Seen on PC etc) and pays out $40 per sale. I didn't know this at the time I started the site because I don't do CPA, but the new owner could easily swap out the Amazon links for CPA links. If I had used those from the beginning the site would probably have made at least $500 by now and possibly similar in December.

The site has excellent search engine optimization, and each of the articles is optimized for a keyword related to the product.

The main product name gets approximately 20000 exact match searches per month during the month of November and the same during December, however it's alot less throughout the year.

The main earnings for this site will always be from October to December and that's why if it's ranked on page 1 of Google by next year it should make an easy 4 figures during that time period.

The content is super high quality, and is written to convert. The main review is over 1500 words and the site has a keyword rich top level .com domain.

You'll probably recognise the theme is the default Wordpress theme - this is a fantastic theme that is easily customizable and its simplicity adds to the high conversion rate. It's very simple to change themes though should you wish to do so.

The site is already PR1 so you can also use it to link to your other sites.

Traffic Details

Traffic is steadily increasing and should remain high over December. The product won't be as popular during the year but as the rank improves the increase in traffic will make up for this. Once it's ranked on page 1 of Google it should maintain at least $150 a month if not more. By this time next year it should make a good 4 figures during the Nov-Dec period.

 

Where exactly does your site rank on search engines for main keyword?

 

It's experiencing the 'Google dance' at the moment as the site is still new, so some days it's ranked better than others. The main traffic is actually not from Google but from Yahoo and Bing because it's ranked better there. I have no doubt that by next year when the Thanksgiving/Christmas season comes around again the site could easily be ranked on page 1 and could pull in 4 figures (as long as the new owner builds some backlinks etc).
