14 posts, green rep, why can't I add a signature?

This is a question regarding this forum, because I can't seem to find a support contact anywhere.

I have 14 posts in the forum with a green reputation, and it's been at least a week since I've made my 14th post, so I know I made the "latest update".

Anyway, can anyone shed some light on why I can't add a signature now?

Sometime takes a few extra days. Just be patient and check each time you're on.

 

You can check the faqs on the bar at the top of the page.......

 

If I am now wrong its 25 posts and 14 days before you can have an active siggy.
