    The domain has no intrinsic value as it is essentially a misspelling of VIPPhoto, the "foto" spelling makes it a brand, and opens you up to potential trademark claims from the people at foto(dot)com.
    As a .net the domain has little or no value for development, the .com is a parked page and if you were to develop your .net it would be very difficult for you to prevent the owner of the .com from ending up with a large amount of your traffic. The reason the .com isn't developed could have to do with the trademark issue.
