CPC is good, but you really need to work on CTR.

Another one thats shows there stats when its against the tos. Congrats to you fine job on your earnings but be warned you can get banned for showing the stats.

Although CPC is average but the CTR is not good. You have to work on the concept to attain better site. Can you show your site's URL, i will suggest you some good concept then.

BTW I think if you put your skyscraper ad above your Main Menu or just below Main Menu probably your ctr will improve.

 

Its not bad, If you think its not good then try and change up the ads. Are you only running adsense? Maybe ad another ad unit?

 

I think you should try to increase CTR. Try different ad units like, 336*280 or 250*250 etc, and put them in different ad placements. Try different combinations of ad units and ad placements to see which one gives you the best CTR.

 

Your site is super slow for me.

The gears of war flash banner that is up there doesn't even load / work for me.

 

I highly doubt that a free games sites will have such high CPC of $1

He could be making it up for all Google knows. Im pretty sure you are simply not allowed to post the picture with those stats, but if you simply right them, who knows if they are real or not.

I do know think its against tos to do that.

You can also use the "Competitive Ad Filter" to filter out advertisers you don't like. These could be ones that pay less or are made-for-ads.

 

Average $0.08 per click. I guess you are smart-priced.

 

It's the niche and the type of visitors it attracts. It's sort of like digg, it usually attracts younger people who are tech-savvy, who very rarely click on ads. As a matter of fact chances are they're not seeing any ads in the first place because of ad-blocking software.

To top it all off I doubt a gaming site will have high paying ads.

EDIT: I just checked Compete.com and it says you only had 194 unique visitors, if that's accurate $43.62 is actually really good.
