$14,000 pa established site - BIN $40,000

This site is for sale.

I've sold several high value sites over the last year or so (over $100,000 worth). Here is another beaut.

This is a simple, static site that requires no updating and will happily make you a steady $14,000 a year. If you put an Adsense ad on the homepage you could likely take that up to $17,000 a year.

Average monthly profit for last three months = $1,210 per month
Average monthly profit for last twelve months = $1,035 per month
(Yes, it's been doing better in the last few months than when I first took it over)

Those figures are Adsense only. There is a bit of earning from the magazine ads etc on the site but they are less than $300 for the year so I'm not bothering getting screenshots etc for that.

Over the last year or so I spent about $100 in advertising but that was because I was buying advertising for other sites and it was cheaper to do a bulk deal. The $100 paid for things like mentions in forum threads, social bookmarking etc (all permanent links).

That's pretty steady traffic (2,560 per day in October last year)

Why do I want to sell? I sell only to buy. I always hate letting go of any of my sites as they are all high earning-low maintenance sites (as you'll see from my selling history here). But sometimes I need to sell to release capital when a big purchase comes along. Now is one such time. There's a big technology site that's become available and I'm a few dollars short.
