135$ Per month: Stable Proxy site with good possibility!

I m selling the following proxy site:

This proxy site is now a fully established proxy site, just need to provide its foods and it will grow more. It got a good stability on the proxy market too. This site is earning like 135$ per month. All the proofs of statistics are listed below:

Most of the Traffic are from some iranian blogs and proxy.org, there are lots of loyal traffic for my proxy site as it is providing stable service from first.

In the Revenue stats, adsense has been provided, adversal has like .6$ per day revenue, but as it is too low i didn't list it and removed it from the co-current revenue. But just a reminder, it has a good possibility from earning using adversal too.

Its so easy actually, i have a big proxy network, and monthly i sell two from to handle different costs. And you can see the BIN is set to 3 months revenue, its because, it would take me some like 3 more months or less then that to make such trafficed proxy site.

guys, watch out for this Hadrick guy. He scammed me - the site i bought has never done more than $0.50 a day in income from adsense - as you can see he touts it as doing $135 a month ($9.50 a day).

btw, within seconds of me paying him, the screenshots magically disappeared from that free image host and he can't find them.

He makes a ton of excuses in PMs such as:

there was downtime and that's what the site lost traffic.

the downtime was originally due to 2 things:

1 - the time registerfly took to update the DNS
2 - the seller went over his site's bandwidth and the URL was shut down. he then sent me the site files. when i uploaded them, the site didn't work. we had to figure out that his webhost put some code in the .htaccess to prevent it from working. it was an easy fix but again - that was due to him.

more importantly, the downtime was on Dec 25th and Dec 26th...probably the 2 slowest days a year for proxies anyway so any downtime on those days would have no material impact on traffic once people get back to work and school.

he states above that this is a 'a fully established proxy site" and "It got a good stability on the proxy market too"

he then tells me in PMs that i need to buy traffic to keep it going. he says in the above post that its stable traffic!!!

i have sent him multiple PMs trying to figure out what is going on. he actually started one relpy off as "I have to say LOL". so now its funny that he scammed me selling a site for 1/10th the income it generates.

and now he has the balls to leave a 2nd itrader rating for me.

i have reported him to the board mods to get him banned and the itrader fixed.

watch out for scammer Hadrick!
