$130 Website design contest 5 days

    Hello Everyone
    I need a website design done for one of my clients. and if you are good , ill have a lot of work for you in the future.



    Here is some information


    we want a website done for housing authority for kennewick, wa usa. It would officially be Kennewick Housing Authority.

    the website will be a government website, so i would like to have neutral colors.

    clean design is prefered.
    The graphics need to be good qualiy.

    The design needs to be of good quality
    http://www.vhausa.com - this is example website , but the client does not like this website . I have put it here just for reference purposes

    no coding required


    While designing, keep in mind that its for a government agency , so the design should be clean , crisp and official & professional looking

    if i really like the design , extra bonus will be given.

    RULES/SUGGESTIONS
    1 -> please read the above info properly
    2 -> By accepting payment, you agree to transfer full rights to the design and will not use it for anything else.
    3 -> I reserve the right to not pick a winner, or to extend the contest, if less then 5 unique designs are not posted.
    4 -> Please don't watermark the sample layout with your logo / name (use some generic image to watermark - i need to show the design to the client)
    5 -> The contest will expire in 5 days from now

    zeasondesign , i like your design , ill hsoe it to the client and get back to you. i have noticed that you have used the same images as the website i refered to you , can you change that ? - the contest is still open and i am looking for entries

    Here is my design.

    The advantages of the design, are:
    + Professional and clean, well organized layout.
    + Design by grid organization
    + Easy on the eyes colours, yet still catch the eyes well.

    Hope you like it. If there is something that does not meet the requirement, the feedback is appreciated.
