    I have found John Reese's 'Traffic Secrets' to be the one stop resource for all things traffic. Quite costly at about a grand though.

    Good list. What do you mean by #3 - Email to VIPs? Any additional hints on that point?

    I would guess you mean VIPs in your particular industry, or individuals who are influential and would be great for word of mouth, and that sort of thing.
