All those above will bring some decent traffic.. but for me.. not much. For me, Search Engine traffic is important.
Entrecard is great ... for webmaster/blogger traffic. Also, the bounce rate is high. So even the Alexa bounce value you get from entrecard is lost. Either way, depending on your target market, there's some value there.
Yes SE traffic is important. Alot of my traffic is from Search Engines too, but you don't get the SERPs right when you start. You have to work your way up while you are working on content, these services can actually get you the readers to have an income flow in.

thanks alot for this list, I already knew some of the things in this list but for me just starting out in blogging I found a lot of usefull information. One question by paid advertising campaigns do you mean adwords or banner advertising and did you find this avenue of marketing to be good value for money.

Those promotion methods sound very good, I guess you can get a lot of traffic using them, but how about sales? Can this methods get you potential buyers?
