The second good article I read today on zillionbits.com and thought I would share. (I have nothing to do with zillionbits.com, honest ) http://www.zillionbits.com/misc/13-ultimate-adsense-tips-collection/
For me, traffic and SEO don't see to help much -- what really helps is offering just enough information to keep the person on the site interested, and then get them to go deeper into my site. Every time they go one page deeper, the CTR goes up.
After a while, you'll realize that everyone is essentially saying the same thing when they give their "adsense secrets", etc, which are: blend the ads, experiment, try new things, use channels, etc. Basically the one thing most people, especially newbies, never hear is the most obvious one: the more traffic you have, the higher your earning potential, so you should spend more time getting more traffic than all your time learning "new" adsense "secrets". Then again, you could just make a blogger site on asbestos and mestholemia and advertise it on forums in signatures. /shrug
i say all ideas like u saying r good we jut have to combined it all to make good strategy to earn more... to get to the top
I liked the tips. It can be useful for newbies and I personally appreciate the time that you took to place that link here and share your knowledge.
I think that once you have a nice website with some great information, all you need is some good SEO for traffic. Your website should be known so you will earn so good traffic every day. Once you have traffic, all you need is to update your website information and add some new content with time. good information (website) -> SEO -> traffic -> new information / updates = money
Just do a google search for 'seo tips' or something Not that hard to do Noting magical about it It takes time to get websites with lots of visitors and traffic with the search engines. Once that happnd you make money with adsense.
"4. Only use 1 ad block per page to keep the highest paying clicks in view and avoid .03 clicks (not worth leaving your site for .03 in my opinion)" Is that how it works? Only the highest paying ads will show up?
The forum heat map is here: http://adsense.blogspot.com/2005/10/six-adsense-optimization-tips-for.html I'm not sure how accurate it is, but reading the posting, it makes a lot of sense to me.

Isn't the ultimate tip to write, write, and then write some more (I suppose that's #2)? If you don't have good content, then it really doesn't matter where you put your ads or how you test your ads.
