13 Clicks for ~$10. No Sales. Is it Worth it?

On google Adwords I pay roughly $10 and always get about the same amount of clicks 13. I've yet to get a sale though with this site from AdWords advertising.

Should I quit while I'm ahead?

Maybe adjust your keywords or your ads. I make my ads as relevant as possible. I want them to know what is inside before they click it...

If you want some helpful criticism post a pic of the current ad you are running. Maybe we can help tune it up a lil.

I don't know what you're selling but you should expect a conversion rate of %1-%2 which means 50-100 clicks until you get a sale.
If you don't get a sale in 100 clicks I would consider testing another variation of the landing page.

If I am not mistaken, you're paying $0.76 per click. It would be interesting to know what you're promoting, because it sounds like a lot to me.

    1. What is your landing page (or at least what type of product is it)?
    2. How tight/loose are your keywords?
    3. Can you give a sample of your ad(s)?
    4. Have you used AdWords to promote/sell other products, what has your CPC been for other products?

Sorry I was MIA from this thread, I was actually dealing with my adwords account, which unfortunately got suspended not long after I made this thread (associated with my original suspended account). Eventually I will re-pursue getting it unsuspended but right now isn't the time.

Thank you guys for all your help

I would not quit. I would try only showing your ad for very specific searches. If you sold tvs and you had the keyword phrase " I want to buy a tv online from Kinda Intellectual" you would probably never get any impressions, but if you got a click from that you would most likely sell a tv. That is an over exaggeration, but you should not worry about how many clicks you get, but how many sales. I suggest using many very specific keywords instead of general keywords. You won't get many clicks or impressions, but your CTR will be higher and you increase the chances of a sale for each click you do get. Also if you don't get many clicks, you save a lot of money so you might want to increase your bid on those specific keywords to increase your ad position. I also suggest keeping your budget low until you start getting sales.

Increase your keyword and make sure that your keywords are in broad modifier match.
