My newest client is my newest client... thanks to submitexpress.com getting his site dumped from the rankings on Google....

    Caveat Emporer....

    As for the www.cbtrends.com site.

It is not listed in Google nor does it have Google PageRank.

How does a pr update negatively effect your online business? Did you lose rankings and sales? are you making money solely from selling links? If no to these questions, how is the update 'damaging' your company?

My site was unchanged and is still a pr3. My traffic, conversions and rankings have remained the same. Therefore, the update has not hurt my business. How has it hurt yours? Can you explain?

How did this happen? You checked the backlinks and Google decided to drop the site from its index? Or you are referring to their service?

OOpps Click this URL: http://www.iwebtool.com/www.cbtrends.com or this URL: http://www.pageranktool.net/google_pr.php?url=http://www.cbtrends.com :D :D :D You will see that cbtrends.com has PR3. I guess my Google toolbar is correct LOL.

No the client was listed on front page google for 5 months

    then bye bye

    reasons

    sandbox

    backlinks

    something else I cannot remember

basically excuses no real reasons why.

I dont use others tools too much Google Toolbar shows you at zero.

    http://www.checkpagerank.com shows you at a 3...

I use them since they have owned the URL for years

I would recommend a chill pill...maybe a brew if your into them...and remember

Its a 3rd party company not too concerned with your patience level and one whom you have paid nothing to in regards rankings in the free results or PageRank

If that stresses you... what happens when a customers mad??

    ;)

It looks like a PR update for new sites only.

    Would anyone disagree?

My newest site (2 weeks) hasn't updated, despite being one of only two links on a PR5 page.

All other sites which didn't update last update have been updated.

Nor should the 2 week old site be included .

what you are seeing is a culmination of several months of Google work indexing crawling building trust blah blah all rolled out in one nice update ....

    or so to speak

    :D

But nothing so recent as within the last two weeks.....I would think...

What is the difference between PR and "visible PR"? Are you just referring to the PR number in the toolbar vs. the actual position in the search results? Does that mean my new site will begin showing the existing backlinks in Google before the next official update?

(Is there a good online guide that explains PR to noobs like me?)

There has been changes in older sites also. Some of our older (3 yrs+) sites has also changed their PR. New sites also have PR now... I read some people commenting that this is only PR change..and no ranking is changed... But I have seen some ranking changes...

Here are the ranking changes for me:
    1. http://www.seoindiaservices.com moved from nowhere to first page for keyword "seo india services".
    2. http://www.abhijeetsawant.in moved from 129 to 1st position for keyword "abhijeet sawant".
and ranking of other sites have also changed little bit..

    Did anybody see this?
