1280 x 1024 on 17" and 19" - Whats the difference?

Hello friends,

I am currently using 17" monitor at 1280 x 1024 resolution. And considering buying a Philips 19" .. what difference I will feel if I use 19" at same resolution? Will icons be little larger and less sharper?

I don't want to go higher than 1280 x 1028 .. and also, the current TFT and the one I am going to buy both are non-widescreen.

i have a 19'' LCD but i still prefer the old 1280 x 1024 resolution.. there's just a slight difference in the font size.

 

2 inches, aint you had the dick size spam? just rub the 17 incher with that cream and watch it grow

 

I've bought 20' monitor rather than 19' just because of the resolution. 1400*1050 is what you'll get on most of 20'... The next step for me will be definitely 22' running 1600 resolution...

I already have used that and resulted 17" is a decent size for any chick, what you think?
But, unfortunately that cream doesn't work for LCDs.
