125x125 banner ads space script.

hello experts.
im kinda new with html code. what is the script to do the banner space ads like picture below.



the ads space look like there is line or sth. and some of the website ive seen, there are empty 125x125 box with entitle "Advertise Here". so anyone could help?

oh..so regular html cant do that eh?

 

regular html can place those ads.. but not rotate.

 

Here is sample code 4 u. Not rotate.
