125px by 125px Ad Contest $15.00 (48 hours)

Okay, I want a 125px by 125px button ad for my Private Investigation Agency. The logo can be found on my blog and the business website. I'm interested in animated gif or flash. I want the logo incorporated somehow, fade, dissolve, whatever and the Text of the Ad to have "Identity Theft?" "Who is using your SSN?" and the state requires my license number so "California PI #23737" must be on it somewhere.
