@weirdXtreme Nope, they are opening fine. Double checked with a proxy and again with an RDP. It is probably because you are from Indonesia and they have censorship there.
Sounds like you may wish to seek a Deviantart member. Lots of great 'anime' style illustators over there. Your requirements are outside my capabilities, but interesting project, I have no doubt you will attract interest.

Kate, we do not provide images. We are confident that designers here, have the capabilities to create their own images or draw up/vectorize as needed. For style guidelines please see the OP.
