It is an incentive website wherein advertisers pay us to have users view their ads.

We have 3 different revenue sources: AdSense (minimal), Paypal, and TrafficPayouts Affiliate Program

I prefer to run pure Adsense websites that take no maintenance, so I'm letting this site go. It actually doesn't take that much time to run, but you need to be prepared to answer customer service emails. If you don't mind the occasional obnoxious customer, then this should be easy for you.

Income

Since this is an e-commerce site, income will obviously fluctuate a bit. Average is about $1200/month. Paypal can be anywhere from $100-$700 per month (average is about $400/month). TrafficPayouts Affiliate makes about ~$750/month.

Paypal breakdown is as follows:

Feb 25-Feb 29: $83.65 (4 days only!)

Mar 1-Mar 31: $725.51

Apr 1-Apr 30: $278.58

May 1-May 31: $408.01

June 1-June 31: $114.91

Average: ~$400/month (excluding February since that was only 4 days)

TrafficPayouts.com only shows total income, which is about $3000. So the average comes out to be about $750/month for TrafficPayouts. I have nothing to hide, if you don't believe me that TrafficPayouts.com only shows full income, go register there yourself and find out. So in this particular case, it's only possible to use the average.

Total monthly income comes out to about $1200/month on average.

Once again, traffic can be proved with Analytics access. We're in the top 100,000 Alexa sites and traffic has been stable so you know you're getting a good site that won't sink down under weeks after you buy it.

Also, we've neglected doing link sales (look at the footer) and there is still ample room to sell more links. Even if you sell really cheap links, you should be able to get an extra $100/month from link sales alone.

No SEO has been done for this website. Someone with SEO or PPC knowledge will have what it takes to bring this site to a new level and expand the income far more than I can imagine.

We have 3000 double opt-in subscribers that you can sell to via email marketing. This should help you recover your initial investment in just 1-2 months time. The list is interested in "make money" products, and there are THOUSANDS of such products out there on the market today.

Expenses

This site can be run on a cheap shared hosting server. TOTAL expenses comes down to:

Hosting: $10/month

Member Payout: $262.81 (~$65/month)

The advertising we did involved buying banner ads at other sites similar to ours. This proved to be lucrative as it gave us more affiliates and advertising opportunities. Someone with the money to invest in this would be keen to scout out more of such sites to expand your affiliate base. Remember, expanding your affiliate base means MORE residual income every time a new affiliate signs on. That means your monthly income can only GROW, and you can stop advertising once you've hit a point in monthly income that you're satisfied with, or you just want to take a bill off your back.

BIN is negotiable via PM, but currently set to only 5 months revenue. However, if I don't get the right price, I will just keep it and work on it since the income/traffic has already been stable, and all I need to do is seek out more affiliates and do SEO to expand.

LOL Thats hilarious. I guess we need a better site to handle selling and buying of websites alone. I'm new here now am afraid to even continue my search of buying sites.

 

Well, I was right I was right I was too busy to run this site. I wish it would have sold when It was first posted but no serious buyers at the time. The site slowly died off and still has trickles of income $100 or so a month. It takes me about 1 hour a week now to maintain it but that's 1 hour I still don't have.
