That is quite the quality list. Every SEO should have their own little bag of tricks with lists like this in it. I'm sure this one will help quite a few people get going.

Quite a few redundant urls on that list but a good list it is. Added/adding them to my sig search site (manual work is tedious but it does ensure quality).
no they're not all dofollow, not by a long way. he's basically just taken them all from the fast blog finder program without checking them, I recognise some of the pages it throws up, and especially the nofollow ones it says are dofollow
