$120 Website Template~Example Layout Given~Guaranteed Feedback~No Coding Needed!

Okay designers,

I'm looking for a great and original template for a Get paid to Site, where members get paid cash and receive prizes for completing offers. I want a completely fresh look and color scheme from my current template. The website is:
r*e*e*l*i*n*cash.com (Please remove the asteriks)

Please Note: There's no need for a login box!

Logo:
Hi-Res .png logo:

The template should fit the logo accordingly

There should be a wooden sign (slighly tilted maybe?) somewhere to the right of the logo. The wooden sign should say, 'INBOX'

Top Navigation:
HOME, JOIN, FAQ, FORUMS, CONTACT (I highly prefer roll-over buttons)

Left Navigation:
I will be using this navigation on the left hand side:

There's no need to worry about the colors of the navigation, as I can change that if need be.

Right Navigation:
A vertical rectangular box with 'Last 10 Credited' written on the top.

Body:
- Should have a 'REGISTER' or a 'REGISTER NOW' button somewhere on the page.The more creative the better
- The body will contain 5 boxes with the following titles:
Signup for Free!, Complete Offers!, Participate in Contests!, Refer a Friend!, Get Paid!

Please leave a space inside the box to add additional info. Each box should be attractive with an image inside relating to it. This site has a good example of what I'm talking about in regards to these boxes - www.treasuretrooper.com

I'm interested, but I will be a little late because there is a thunderstorm in my city, and I can't turn on my design monitor (using a 15 inch laptop to design a site is uncomfortable).

I prefer that you use the same logo, but if you have a much better concept, you can give that a try and I'll let you know what I think.

The design was made from scratch, so there is no website in the world that looks like this one . (The forum auto downsized the picture so it seems a little blurry, but the full picture is crystal clear and sharp!)
