$120 Contest Simple Webpage and header < 48 hours > first and second prize

Hey,

I have run a few contests in the past and have been amazed at the quality etc. As usual I will have a 1st and second prize - $80 to the winner and $40 for second.

contest: web2 type layout with "tabs" at the top ( 6 of them )

a header or logo for the site.

the Theme is PROXY. for a site called proxy.biz

I thought a simple front page and them 6 tabs

<BLOG> <FORUM> <RESOURCES> <PROXY THEMES> <PROXY TOPSITE> <CONTACT US>

NOTE: I am NOT asking for a blog or proxy topsite to be built, just the FRONT PAGE. but i do require the front page to be easily edited so i can use it on the inner pages

Also ownership of the theme and design goes to me.

one more thing - as a bonus a link will be placed on the front page to anysite you chose ( excluding proxies, warez and porn etc )

I am open to anything and everything - I do like me sites clean and clutter free. I have had a couple already PMed to me but feel free to post as well as I will probably get a thread vote on it as my taste is awful

Okay, I like the look and feel or http://www.sitepoint.com, because its very web2 looking - but dont let that put you off - i am looking for something that looks good and clean

on the forum yes - but in terms of the design side, i am just asking for a front page template - i can then use the theme throughout the site - i am not looking for any backend stuff ( although if you can deliver all off it for that money then please be my guest )

remember guys ( and girls ) just looking for a clean looking front page - nothing else.
