Selling 12 year old PR5 site with traffic

    Moldreporter . org is a 12 year old site with a page rank of 5. It has a ton of great content and gets about 2000 page views a month without any advertising or promotion. I just don't have the time to devote to it anymore and haven't done a good job of monetizing it. In the right hands it could be a very profitable site because mold remediation and removal companies pay a high CPC. It makes money from adsense now but I don't even have Amazon ads on it
    $700 will take it

    Just check it out on the Wayback machine, the premier issue was published on the site in December of 2000
