Love Letter! about product - usually customers don't have such time to write those letters however they only write claim letters when their product get affected
great advise. i recon we could add a few more to that though... how about: 13. ask the customer at the checkout how they rated the store, marks out of ten or something 14. then ask them briefly in one word what can be done to improve things in their eyes
well i am somewhat different.. if my customer is a guy, i just tell him buzz off.. i am nice to pretty ladies..and so i follow these steps when talking to a lady..
