why is the disk space and bandwidth only a quarter of the standard plan on jumplines site? will the quota go up after the year is up so that we are paying the same normal price for the same space/bandwidth or should I just cancel my account in a year and sign up again to get more with the same cost?

I sign up with digital space promotion offer, but hosting is still pending(1 week). I submitted ticket and called twice over the phone, they always promise service will be available in next few hours, but actually nobody takes cares of my account. In the support forum, people claim they can't upload their files or don't receive ftp account information.

I have to say it is the worst hosting experience I have ever had, and I regret to give my credit card information to them. Don't those people understand it is fraud if they can't deliver service but collecting credit card number?

I might consider to report them to BBB for fraud.

In my optinion JUMPLINE is the best service for VDS ! But your VDS should be have Plesk or Cpanel on all plan.
