12 Hour Only Fire Sale of 85 GREAT sites - don't snooze, you'll loose!

I'm leaving town on a trip tomorrow (will be back by Thursday Apr 19) and want to raise some additional spending money, so I'm holding a 12 hour sale. Please note, I'm not desperate to sell, just trying to get some extra cash for those unnecessary things in life

I have reduced the prices to the minimum I will accept at this time, so this is not an auction, just post SOLD to claim. I may however consider lower offers for multiple sales. This is a very limited time offer - after tomorrow these ridiculously low prices will not be valid any longer, trust me.

The main thing is that I MUST receive payment via PayPal verified account by no later than 11:45AM MST tomorrow morning (Apr 16). If you cannot pay by then, please don't buy, but give someone else the opportunity to do so.

After posting SOLD, no need to PM me, just send payment via PayPal to admin_at_mesaverdeenterprises.com and I'll get back to you asap.

Please note that I may, or may not be able to push the domain and send site info before I leave. If not, I will do so at the earliest opportunity (when I have internet access), so don't panic, I will not run away with your money, look at my TR.

I will try and answer all questions, but due to the time constraints

• I will NOT be able to post more stats than the stats you can see by tagging on /axs/ax-admin.pl to any URL (example: boratmovieonline.com/axs/ax-admin.pl) and then clicking on "View in Graphical Format". Please note that the "hits" referred to in the AXS script correspond with "visits" in Awstats. Note: when you go to the above AXS stats page, you can normally also see the age of the site by looking at the phrase "(log started ...)" on the first page.
• I will NOT be able to post individual revenue details. Most of my sites make money, and many repeat buyers can attest to that. In addition I have stopped tracking Adsense because I've run out of channels. And I am unable to track some affiliate sales, such as Cafepress, Amazon, etc. Please note that this does NOT mean these sites do not have revenue, I just cannot post details due to the limited time or because I'm unable to.

You can use a tool such as iWebtool (e.g. http://www.iwebtool.com/boratmovieonline.com) to see the age of the site, PR, backlinks, etc. although it isn't always 100% accurate. I have posted PR below from when I lasted checked, but do yourself a favor and look again. I'm 90% sure that many of the sites without PR will have PR3/4 at the next update.

Free push to the current registrar. One week free hosting and full CPanel/FTP access so you can move the site (or I can provide reasonably priced hosting thereafter). Please note, the responsibility to ensure your hosting is suitable and to move the site and set it up on your server is entirely yours, although I will give you full written instructions about the operation and setup of the site and help where necessary (if you have a proper CPanel account, not an "add-on" domain account).
