$12 for a QUICK fix of my code! [.htaccess]

Hi everybody!

I have a problem, and here it is:
This is what I have in my .htaccess:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^(.*)/(.*)$    /index.php?categorie=$1&sub=$2

And here is how I build my urls:

But it simply doesn't work, so I have $12 for the one how can fix this for me. It has to be done within the next 2 hours!
