Selling 12 Established Blog About Domains with Websites

I am selling the following domains and websites:

http://www.blogaboutukfashion.co.uk/
http://www.blogaboutelectronics.co.uk/

Blog About Sport was listed as the main website but this sale is for all 12 domains and their content.

I need to focus more on my main income which is no longer related to content sites such as the above.

Each month I am contacted by several pr and marketing companies requesting paid posts for third party clients.

There are no linked social media accounts, just the blogs which are word press based. The sites were first registered between 2011 and 2012.

I only update the network when I receive paid posts meaning it is minimal maintenance. There is no pr or alexa rank, however, in the UK the websites appear highly for instance "blog about sport" "sports blog uk" "healthcare blog uk" "blog about holidays" "blog about DIY" and so on.

With minimal input from me, the websites have generated well in excess of £1000 GBP each year since I set these up for my own clients. In the last six months they have generated nearly £700 which I am happy to prove with invoices to the successful buyer. It was far higher than this before paid links were frowned upon, making near £3000 pa, but the careful removal of links and only posting good content still attracts pr and marketing agencies. Traffic is in the hundreds per month but it seems to still generate the income for 5 minutes work each time. Posts vary in price from £20 to £100 and I have occasional carousel or banner ads.

I would imagine that with additional genuine original content each week to all sites, the alexa ranking and keyword positions would improve dramatically, thus increasing the revenue. These websites have survived Google penguin updates and this is because I have ensured majority of content is original and of use to readers and paid post links are removed after 12 months.

There are no challenges in running these websites. It's easy money but I would prefer someone else take them to the next level as I simply no longer have time.

If the buyer continues to post genuine worthy material I would consider allowing the sites to remain on my webspace for a small annual fee of £50 pa for all sites.

I do think there is great potential for these websites as they have provided me with a regular income for the past 3 years without doing very much at all.
