.12% Ctr?!?!?!?!??!?!

    hello, over the past couple of weeks i have been trying different ad formats on my site www.flitools.com and still havent gotten anything better than .12% ctr. what am i doing wrong?!?!

    yeah adsense was driving me nuts so i permenately am done with them.
