That's below the average, but your niche is not very good for AdSense.
It also depends where the traffic is coming from. US, UK traffic converts better.

Well compare my forum to yours. This is from May 21

    impressions 10,709 clicks 232 earnings $30.87

If my CTR gets above 2.25 percent I am suspicious someone is click bombing my forums. Those two rec ads will get you more clicks, but in the end you get less members signing up, and less "longterm" traffic. It is a balancing act.

I think that it can be considered a good revenue for a forum, you have a good CTR (compared with other forums) and you cpm is high compared with other sites of the entertainment niche

Forum ad clicks don't really translate to good Adsense earnings. Try diversifying your online income, for example, use Widgetbucks, Chitika, Kontera, TNX, and direct advertisers too.

I think the reasons are that, the Niche is low paying and secondly, forums have a very low CTR.

That is why you earn low.

Be careful with this kind of content. Your site has free movie downloads which is against google tos.

First of revealing your stats on any online forum is against their regulations... I would be careful..

Forums dont pay much. Check out my sig link for other options. Or try Affiliates, they might pay better. Just a thought.

I'm more and more convinced that adsense is becoming a rip off.

3 cents a click? That has nothing to do with ad placement. It is without a doubt a horrible rate. Adsense is letting visitors leave your website, for 3 cents a click.

This has been happening to be lately as well. I'm through with adsense.

Its due to asian traffic... I checked out your site and the traffic for your site according to alexa is almost 90% India and Pakistan combined.. most of my sites also have similar traffic and this rate is quite normal for such traffic.

I even get less than 3 cents per click on an average.. some of my site go for even less than 1 cent per click.. so build sites in other niches and other traffic zones to make more money.. I am also planning to work on building sites which would concentrate on US audience and high paying keywords

For me that is a horrible conversion ratio. But I only promote sales pages so Maybe for an entertainment site it is good.

for forum, i think this no. is acceptable. people in forums seldom clicks and always got cheap per click. maybe try to filter out cheap ads might help a bit.

Dude, your earnings per click is really, really bad. You have got to find some ways to slip some better paying kw's into that thing.
