A few days ago, I received my first check from google, It was a total sum of 112$ but when I went to the bank, they took 30$ to themselves because it was a foreign check :(

I would find a new bank. Here in the US my bank never charges for foreign checks. They do put holds for 10 days but never charge a fee.

make sure you select your currency in your adsense preferences, that way, when google send you a cheque it will be in your local currency, and not USD (unless thats actually what you want)

My bank told me to open a US account so it cost me nothing to deposit. If I transfer money from an account to an other of my accounts I get no fee either, so I just transfer the US funds from that account to my CAN$ account and no cost even for the exchange... maybe your bank has that too, but they don't say unless you ask...
