    My comment on system for this design:

    Um, sorry for my english, im not foreign, so yeah. Try to understand me.

    1. The top and navigation bar is based exaclty like in my page - www.bcgd.lv (sorry if i cant put links). You see, that there is big slider with 5 picture inside and its on fullscreen.
    2. If you scroll down, there is navigation bar. Scroll more, the navigation bar is locked and scrolling with page together.

    Thats the base idea for this layout form.
    I centered the video player, but its actually pretty high in page layout, so I don`t think its needed to be higher. Also added after navigation bar a small website introducing text spot.

    Hope you like it. Looking for feedback aswell.
