Here is another try with different colors and some adjustments.

 

My apologies for the huge delay, hope you like it.

 

I like the general layout but the colors seem a bit off. It just seems a bit harsh. Can the tabs be rounded? Can the bright pink/orange be changed to a turquoise? I can send you the Pantone colors if you want.

Here are the desired adjustments. I hope I did them correctly.
-Tabs made round (I added a dark tab that indicates the page being viewed: NAV1)
-Orage changed to turquoise (Feel free to send me desired colors if you are still not happy with my selection)

Feedback would be great, I will keep making adjustments if needed.
