Here is my revision: I have changed the font to one that is similar to previous one - however, this new one is much easier to read and available with Google Fonts, so you won't need to buy it and there won't be any problem with rendering.
@imhawk nice entry, my client likes it. Here is my last feedback if you can really get it well. In my last comment I asked to reduce the space. The slider is awesome now, that 's perfect. I want the Now everything to align. The header must align with the slider: this means take the logo at the top and move it to the corner so it lines up with the slider. Make the search box larger than than. "Les publicites les plus regardees sur Cowema" must align with the slider as well, add another item to make it larger. Make it align with the slider both to the left and the right. Do the same with "Recherche ce qui vous interest". Overall you did a great job. Note to all contestant: I will need to png, jpg and psd file after I choose the winner.

BTW what width should the site have? The width of my last mockup is 1400px (when not scaled like in previous post).
