Selling 11 Year Old Domain Valid PR3 With Valid PR7 Inbound Link

Site was originally registered in 1999. Has a valid inbound link from a page with a PR7. Registered with Godaddy. Payment through paypal.

 

Is PR and age really valid? Shows as registered on March 30th and info:hanksite.com brings up a link to a subpage rather than the main site. Also can only see one PR5 backlink. Seems dropped and forged to me?

Anyway, site is 0 backlinks, no PR7 backlinks.

Was dropped. Never said it wasn't. If you go here you will see that the PR is valid. Click on the google link that shows up linking to this site which is this site ... check the PR of that page and you will see it's a PR7. Really, you have two choices, buy the domain or don't, you really don't have to try to discredit me for no reason.

 

Ok, I see. It was dropped and I am trying to sell it. Saw it was a PR 3 that was valid. I am not trying to scam anyone. I was fooled by a few of the fake PR domains and sold them here, announcing that they were faked. Anyway, I apologize if I am misleading anyone here. The main thing is that the PR is valid. It's not forged.

 

I can only speak for myself but I wasn't trying to discredit you, I was interested in buying the domain so did my research and these discrepancies came up so I asked about them, that's fair enough isn't it?

I don't believe this site has valid pagerank for several reasons so I won't be bidding, but good luck with your sale.
