This domain isn't quite 11 years old yet, but in April it will be though. This has never dropped and I am just wondering what you guys think it is worth.

I bet many of you agree with it :D

Just out of curiosity, how much did you think it was worth? And if you thought it was worth like $100-$500 or so what are your thoughts on it being worth $500k to $1 mil?

I for one would throw one hell of a party haha

Can anyone name a phrase that sold for a $1,000,000 ? It's a good domain, but I would hold off on that million dollar stuff until I had it PROFESSIONALLY appraised.
If it's supposedly that good, it's worth the investment to have one of the major broker sites appraise it.

True, but the phrase was seen on T.V. for over 30 years. That's a lot of branding that not too many domains can claim.

I know what your saying I do need to get it professionally appraised if I decide to sell.

Although this phrase has been around since the beginning of porn. It could be used for any kind of porn and sex does sell. Also forsalebyowner sold for around 860 k.

Don't get me wrong, it's good, but I don't think many people around here are qualified to give you an estimated appraisal in the hundreds of thousands, to a million dollars for an adult domain, unless there is someone here that has actually bought or sold a domain for that much recently.

Every domain is different and when you get into that kind of asking price, you won't know what anyone is willing to pay until it's up on the block.

FSBO, or For Sale By Owner is also one of those phrases that is very well known, especially in Real Estate and has been for 100 years. It's also not porn, which makes it an asset to all kinds of companies and investors.

Of the people who would buy, trade or deal in online pornography...will they pay that much for that domain is the question. It's cute, but it still needs some marketing muscle behind it. It's not a lay down like say "Hot Porn.com" or "Sex.com" would be. The goal is still the end user, not just to be passed around and traded forever, so is it good enough for the end user to recoup the investment, or will they still have to dump thousands into marketing and branding?

How many people type into the search engines, "I Like Porn"?

Get some verification of that before you get your hopes up, and I certainly wish you luck...I hope it is a good one for you.:)

Keep your feet on the ground, until you have absolute, irrefutable proof that you can fly.

    stockprices.info $600.00
    regular.org $590.00
    fisherman.net $590.00
    construction.info $500.00

    rsvp.info $300.00
    fe8.com $300.00
    blacked.com $300.00

If it was my domain, I would hold on to it for a few more years... or at least till the financial global crisis is not dominating the news every night!

    Sharing my opinion
    Cheers
    James

i think many of these estimates are highly dubious, sry not trying to rain on your parade. Think it might be $X,XXX at best
