Selling 11 Autoblogs - Great Network - Been Making Money For Several Months - $250

I am wanting to sell my network of blogs. They were making several hundred dollars per month 5-6 months ago when I bought them, and have not been able to maintain them to that level, so the income through Adsense has dropped down to $15 a month or so.

This network contains of 11 different sites, all automated, all covering the highest paying niches, nothing is left out of this network. There is absolutely no work required.

I bought all the sites here on Flippa about 5 months ago.

Last month the network made ~$17, but keep in mind this is an established network and with the right person could get back to the $40-$50 days they use to produce 6 months ago. These blogs have 10's of thousands of comments and receive very steady daily traffic.

I am selling this entire network for $250, mainly because the domains are up for renewal and I am no longer interested in trying to maintain them, and the new buyer will need to transfer these sites to their own hosting. This network is easily worth 5 times that, I just don't have the time or energy to give anymore.

How is it overpriced? This network has made over $2500 since the end of last year, and has several hundred dollars worth of plugins that are included. The revenue has gone down, but these are well established blogs with thousands and thousands of comments and posts.

If all the blogs are automated, how did the revenue go down? What is that you missed to do that the buyer has to take care of?

Is it just the backlinks that you didnt build or something else?

Neglected the sites, and did not manage them properly, and yes, didn't continue building backlinks.
