Why are you selling this site?
I couldn't get an adsense account and don't know any other decent alternative so decided to sell the site instead.

    How is it monetized?
    It's currently not monetized.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
The site comes with 98 facebook fan pages urls + login details.

How much time does this site take to run?
Once you add adsense, doesn't need time to run it.

What challenges are there with running this site?
    No challenges.

    Hello,

For sale is a song lyrics site - EcoLyrics.com

This is a new site. I have created 98 facebook fan pages from which the site is getting traffic from. The site is currently not monetized since I couldn't get an adsense account and don't know any other decent alternative so decided to sell the site instead. The site have 100 song lyrics of the most popular songs. It's currently getting about 368 unique visitors a day on average in the last 3 days.

All you got to do after buying is to put adsense on the site and that's it. Would take absolutely no work from your end to keep it running. If you get $5 ecpm which is the norm, then you can earn about $55 a month from this site.

Cost to run the site is about $10/month for hosting.

    What's included with the sale.
    1. Domain Ecolyrics.com which is at namecheap and will be push to your namecheap account.
    2. Website files.
    3. 98 facebook fan pages + login details.

Here are some facebook fan pages -

I have uploaded a verified google analytics report, I have also attached the statcounter stats to show daily visitors, country and referrers. You can also view the pdf version of google analytics here - http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=61961997639037378732 Couldn't upload here as file is too large.

BIN is $550. The auction starts at $1 No reserve.

If you have any question, feel free to message me or comment below.

    Happy bidding.

    Thanks.

I have looked through your traffic screenshots and am having a tough time finding your 11,000+ visitors.

Also, I doubt Adsense would approve this site for anyone - as it's not unique content (unless you are the songwriter).

    Hello,

I'm averaging 368 UV per day, so 30 days would get that amount of visitors. Today I receives 402 unique visitors. I have seen adsense on another lyrics site, for example azlyrics.com uses adsense so I think it's ok to use adsense with a lyrics site. While I'm selling this site, I have also send in an adsense application and waiting for approval.

    Thanks

I think I already said in the first thread, I have 98 facebook fan pages and each page is getting me about 4 visitors per day, making it 11000 visitors per month.

    Thanks

Unfortunately, the analytics data that you imported is poking holes in that story.

Please post a screenshot of the Google analytics page that displays your referral traffic sources.

Now I am almost 100% convinced that this is bot traffic, here's why:

Someone has to go through at least 3 steps in order to get to your website.

They first have to go to Facebook, then search [song title + lyrics], then click 'read more' on the lyrics post, then click your website link.

First of all, who searches on Facebook? If someone wants the lyrics to a song, they would go to Google - which displays them via Rich Snippet.

Second, you can't tell me people are just stumbling around Facebook and come accross your page. This may justify one person per week - surely not 4 per day.

Now, here is how I know people aren't visitors your page via Facebook:

After all of those steps - they must want the information pretty bad, right?

Guess not... 95% of your traffic leaves before the 10 second mark - not even enough time to read the first line:

Now, another major issue I noticed was the active users on the site, let's take a look:

Ok, if you notice - only 2 of these 5 visitors are showing a referral source.

One of those is myself, Facebook popped right up.

The other was from your country - so I am assuming it was you.

Where are the other 3 visitors coming from? Google can't figure it out.

If they were truly from Facebook, they would appear as social traffic - not unknown.

Now, here is another thing that puzzled me - your user flow contradicts your traffic generation claims:

It appears most of your traffic is going straight to your homepage, however in the Fanpage examples above - your index URL is nowhere to be found.

If someone visited your website from a Fanpage, it would show as that particular page - not the homepage.

Also, most of your traffic is coming from Facebook.com, if this traffic were real we would see an array of the following links:
    m.facebook.com
    l.facebook.com
    lm.facebook.com
    facebook.com

Now, since none of the first 3 links are present - it's a safe assumption that Facebook didn't have anything to do with sending you this traffic.

    Hello,

First, people do search on facebook, alright, you don't know anything about facebook and accusing me. Not only they search on facebook, they also like and share.

Second, traffic leaving within 10 seconds, this I don't know the reason, but I did not buy any traffic, all traffic is natural.

Third, I don't know if you have carefully check the url visitor is visiting, because most of the traffic doesn't go to homepage, it goes to the inner page, please check carefully before accusing me. I have just check the most popular pages in statcounter and the it's not the homepage, it's the inner page. Also, I visit my site frequently while working on the site.

Lastly, don't worry, I will not sell you this site, even if you are ready to pay $2000 I still won't sell you this site.

    Thanks

They search for people and places, not song lyrics.

Also, you don't have more than 1 - 2 likes and shares per page - so this doesn't apply to you.

I believe Google Analytics over statcounter any day of the week.

You don't need to worry about this, I wouldn't pay $2.00 for this, let alone $2,000.

Yes, I have removed you from analytics, now get off my thread. Go promote your website buying service elsewhere.

I assure others I have not bought the traffic and if you don't make reasonable money with adsense, I will buy the site back. Bid starts at $1 No reserve.
