    niche market, traffic about to boom again this year (back in top 100,000 in alexa if used correctly (it's been in the top 100))

    what do you think it's worth?

    I'd say thats a bit high. This is a domain valuation after all not a site valuation. Domain a lone is worth low-mid xx,xxx imho.

    To get a TRUE valuation, nobody can give you it as you haven't posted the name. Sex.com as a 10 yr old name is different to qwerwdsf.com as 10 yr old.
