I have to void all contract client have with SparkGate for a various reason. One of it because if I continue to honored the current contract you have then I only see that it will not last for even a month. For that reason I give all client on the server which I takeover the management (transfer the ownership to me) until end of June 2010 to decide either to continue their services or just get terminated by then. I got a good response from most of the client however some of client who already made an advance payment just didn't get it. You need to deal with them for any loss you make. I personally gain zero profit from the takeover.
