    What's your site URL?

And I can suggest you change ads placement now to increase clicks!

10 cents / click of yours is not too bad!

The CTR is very low. You can increase that with proper ad placement and blending the ads with the contents. Try to create contents revolving around high paying keywords without key word spamming. You have more chances to boost your earnings. :)

I have to agree with the rest of the members here. For me, I also feel that there's nothing wrong with the ad placement. Everything looks ok. Have you used channels to find out which ad unit is the lowest contributors? You should try and experiment with combination of placements until you achieve the 1-2% CTR before aiming higher.

My advice for you is to start each post with text instead of a picture, also replace 468X15 link unit with 468X60 ad banner.

Basically, this should be your layout -

    Post title
    ------------------
    468X60 ad banner
    ------------------
    Post text
    ------------------
    Image

    another option would be -

    Post title
    ------------------
    Post text - 1st half
    ------------------
    468X60 ad banner
    ------------------
    Post text - 2nd half
    ------------------
    Image

    This should help your ctr.

Also - change your links to the default blue color and not light blue. People know that when something is blue - it's a link - that should also help.

to my mind ad placement on the very top of the page is not always good.
I have made the best experience with ads which are inserted within the text.

Visitors coming to your site will not stop and see your wonderful top ads and
click on them. They will read your content. And if you put the ads within the
content (left side maybe better) than the likelihood of clicking the ads while
reading or at the end of reading is much higher.

I cannot guarantee that but you have to check it out.

dont go for ctr as blogs have low ctr, but it seems like you can increase this by testing different placements.
your per click average is very good. keep working on placement.

Such niche should get higher value clicks than 0.1$. What is the main country of traffic on your blog?

Remove the image, let the top ad fit in with the text. People will start reading below the picture now.
