email accounts set to 100 recipients per hour. This is to limit the
amount of spam coming from servers in case someone does start spamming.
If your client is planning on sending out bulk email, he should probably
use our announcement lists, as they comply with our spam policy and have
no outgoing limits. They can be found in your control panel at
Mail::Announcement lists.
